Four People who Should Tell us their Fours:

I don't really have any one to list... and I don't know how to tag people yet... I don't even know how to get rid of this line under my sentences.

Etsy Name...?

I am thinking about a name for my Etsy shop. Well I have no clue. I need some help. I would like a name that is clever but also tells you what kind of a shop it is. I create. Right now it is only crocheted items, but in the future it may move on to more crafts and arts. I would also like to do photography... So if I could have that too that would be awesome.

I will list the following names I have heard so far if you have any better ideas or adjustments to names I would be excited to hear them.

-Purple Puppy Love
-The Grateful Gummi Bear
-The Crafty Gummi Bear
-Crochet-la By Shayla
-Gummi Bear Creations

I'm not sure that really like any of these... Please give me suggestions and if you do like one let me know. The reason Gummi Bear is in there and why I use it all the time is, because my husband calls me his Gummi Bear. I like spelling gummy that way because it is different.

PLEASE COMMENT!!!

Why Oh Why?

I love my husband more than anything in the world! And he is the only one not frustrating me. We are working on moving out. By saving money, finding a place and finding roommates. Well the two roommates are the frustrating part. Both of them constantly compare me to there family. I normally land on the 'not as good as' side of the line. They constantly complain about the way we live. I'm not sure I can do it. I may snap first. They think they will be able to train humans. They got another thing coming. What they don't realize is I'm not their mother, I have not been raised like they have, I AK a completely different person. But because I don't do something the way their mothers do it I'm wrong.

Why am I choosing to live with three men?

???Crochet For Sell??? Part Two

If you haven't read Part One please go and read that first :)
After creating so many similar, flat, boring, and nothing special scarves and baby blankets I started reading patterns and getting ideas on how to get my yarn to go certain ways. I had a lot of fun learning everything I have learned so far and I am so excited for all the plans I have for each and every ball of yarn.

I made this for my Aunt Jenny's baby. Which I found out the other day last week gave birth to Evan Alexander. This so far is my favorite baby blanket :)

I love this edging so much!!!

This is one of many squares I am making for my self. I am putting enough together to cover my queen sized bed. I have at least six different color variations just from the five colors in this one square :) I'm so excited.

I am afraid that I have created something not so adorable. I used some spare yarn to experiment on amigurumi. I know how to spell that, but do not ask me how to pronounce it. It pretty much is Japanese for some kind of a plushie.

<---I really worry this resulted in

this --->
Sadly enough these two things have nothing to do with each other so I can't blame this creepy chicken on anything or anyone. I don't like the eyes. I only like the hat really, haha.

Luckily for me I do not give up easily. I tried again for a second time and made this in half the
<--time.

I made this to go on top of the first chicken. I really like the way the hat turned out.

I made this for Erin as a farewell gift. She moved back home to Texas. It is a holder for her crochet hooks. I made her this hoping she would always remember that me and my mother-in-law taught her how to crochet.

Well so far these are all the projects I have. I am currently working on a piggy. It will be sitting up and I am going to put an apron on it. This piggy is a gift to my grandma :)

Well now that you have seen everything I have done since about Christmas (which is all the time I have been crocheting) Please tell me what you think about my projects being sold like my husband and father say I should do? Thanks for spending so much time reading this and taking a moment to look at my projects.

???Crochet For Sell??? Part One

Since Christmas I have been crocheting quite a bit. I find it soothing for my A.D.D. I also enjoy knowing I can create so many things. So, I try to crochet as much as possible. I even got the chance to teach my mom to crochet. Now she spends most of her extra time crocheting as well. Well my dad had an idea that was brought on by what my sister does. My sister crochets in her free time and then sells them on etsy (http://mysocalledchaos.etsy.com) . His idea was for me to do the same. My sister has so much more talent than I do. I don't think we both could sell crocheted items online. She has only made one sell, but her stuff is so cute! She has always had so much talent! I have always looked up to her and always in a way envied her. She amazing at everything she tries. So my father thinks that I should sell anything I can crochet, and my husband thinks I should do afghans. The point of this blog is I want opinions on whether or not I would be actually able to sell anything. What do you think?

Sorry they aren't awesome. These are all beginning projects. Also These are taken with a 2 or 3 mp camera phone.

First Finished Project. Baby blanket for my cousin Marcee who is due in June.

I made this for my husband for a birthday present. It is longer than 6ft. and he absolutely loves it.

This is a scarf I made for a friend for the next Christmas. I made him pic out the colors.

I crocheted this for my mother-in-laws birthday. I have no clue how she felt about it.

Made this shawl for a Friend. There are still some things I have to attach first.

This was just boredom.

Then I actually started to learn some fun things :D Oh boy how I love to crochet :)

There are more projects in Part Two :)

Ah Life :)

I love my husband so much! Just thought I would let the world know.

This week I have found a fun app on my phone. Because of the fact that I hardly play on the actual computer these days this feeds my photoshop addiction. The app is called PicsIN. It isn't as awesome as photoshop or any of the similar computer programs, but I still have fun with it. So as a warning you may find some stupid pictures that I have played with on here:) I'm Pretty much playing with any picture I can take. Hence the bottle of Dove body wash (which smells so amazing)
Yesterday I had an amazing day. I took my hubby to work and dropped him off. Then I spent the morning hanging out with my parents. I taught my mom some awesome tricks with her new phone. Dad and Mom just recently got new phones. They got the the HTC Thunderbolt 4G which is the Verizon version of my of my Sprint HTC Evo 4G. There were many things my parents didn't know about them. These are their first Android smart phones. It is funny how I showed my mom that she could put live wallpapers (moving wallpaper) on her phone, and she just giggled from excitement. Like mother like daughter. I did that too when I got my Evo. After showing her all the fun things you can do I showed her my favorite crochet pattern site on her phone. Wow that was just as good as showing her moving wallpapers. Haha she liked that a lot! I also taught her how to read the patterns. My mom is so much fun to hang out with!

After all that I had to go pick up Brenton. Then I took Brenton to Ross. I'm not sure he has ever been there before. My sister got me addicted years ago. And my mom gave me reason to stop yesterday. Brenton was so excited about the cheaper prices that he wanted almost everything. He got me this water fountain, because he knows how much the sound of moving water soothes me. Too bad it doesn't make the sound of running water. You can only here the sound of the tiny water pump running. So, it is a small humming noise. It's still adorable and fun to look at. He got me this and I bought him wireless headphones that have a built in microphone. I got those for him so he could chat on his game. He loves them I think haha. He also got me an adorable dress and a fun skirt for the spring weather.

After that we kidnapped Sam and took him to the park were we met up with Josh and his puppy Jerry lee. Then we all went to dinner at the Mongolian Grill in Springville. It was good food and amazing company. Josh didn't want to eat anything but the waitress made him eat some soup. She gave it to him on the house. She also gave us extra pot stickers. She was awesome and so sweet! Then we played hide and seek Wal-mart style. That was so fun. Well it was for me. Haha Brenton was the only one that was looking for us. The reason for that is Sam, Josh, and I accidentally wondered off while Brenton was looking for a part for his new headphones. Well after Brenton realized we weren't there he called Sam. Sam had the spur of the moment thought to hide. So we did. Everytime Brenton would get close Sam would walk out calmly and tell Brenton we all had split and that they needed to find the rest of us. Josh spent 20 minutes on a shelf in the baby department behind a baby carriage. After a while Josh got board of hiding and Brenton gave up looking. For the most part it was fun and we were all exhausted by this point. So we all went home and got some sleep.
